Our firm was initially incorporated in 1994 by Joseph Boutilier in recognition of the demand for a firm that predominately specializes in the valuation of residential real estate. Through innovation and our commitment to invest in the education and the development of our team, we have expanded our scope of professional service to meet our clients commercial and industrial property valuation requirements.
