Ryan joined Boutilier & Associates in 2012 shortly after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University. Previously a Candidate Member under the mentorship of Joseph Boutilier, Ryan received his CRA Designation in December 2018 from the Appraisal Institute of Canada. With extensive experience, Ryan has obtained strong exposure to the valuation of an array of residential real estate, and given his commitment and passion for property valuation, economics & innovation, his scope of experience expands daily. Ryan’s Leisure time is spent enjoying the outdoors and playing organized hockey.
