On most occasions Susan is the initial point of contact for our clients. It is in her patient and balanced approach to our firm that ensures our office and its accounting runs smoothly every day. Having joined Boutilier & Associates in 2000, Susan came to our firm with over 15 years’ experience in mortgage financing with a major Canadian bank. Prior to the banking industry, Susan was employed as a Mechanical Draftsperson in her home Province of Newfoundland. Susan’s leisure time is spent reading, teaching water-aerobics, travelling and spending time with family and her beloved canine companion, Fiona.
