Jeffrey, our General Manager, has extensive experience in real estate valuation throughout the Nova Scotia market since joining our team in 1996. Prior to his career in property appraisal, he excelled in real estate sales, gaining insights into market dynamics and essential market strategies.
He is actively involved in urban & rural residential, historic & commercial valuation, construction, and renovations, with a special interest in historic/unique properties that provide insights into specialized markets. Jeffrey’s passion for exploring Nova Scotia’s rich history positions him as an authority on valuing historic properties and estates.
Jeffrey is committed to continuous improvement and knowledge, pursuing recertification education through UBC & the AIC. With a strong academic background in Economics and Property Valuation, Jeffrey contributes his expertise to our firm and clientele as a licensed member of the NSREAA and a designated member of the AIC.
