Cody N. J. Scott, BBA, AACI, P. App
BBA – Commercial Division
Cody is our Senior Commercial Appraiser, holding the AACI and P.App designations. He graduated with a BBA at UNB Fredericton in 2013 and has significantly contributed to our team since joining in 2015. He has further honed his expertise in real estate valuation by completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Valuation at UBC in 2020 and earning his AACI designation through the AIC in 2021.
Cody plays an integral role in expanding new clientele and repeat business from financial institutions, government bodies, property owners, developers, and both the public & private sectors. His valuation proficiency covers residential, multifamily, commercial, industrial, agricultural, recreational, and hospitality property types, catering to diverse needs including sales, financing, accounting, and portfolio management across Nova Scotia.
Dedicated to professional growth, Cody is engaged in the AIC’s recertification program. His academic prowess combined with his innovative use of IT & drone technology positions him at the forefront of modern appraisal practices. As a licensed appraiser with the NSREAA and designated member of the AIC, Cody is an invaluable member of our team and trusted resource for our clients.
