Manager, Commercial Division
Peter joined our team as the manager of our Commercial Division in 2017, integrating his wealth of knowledge and over five decades of experience in real estate valuation across Canada’s public and private sectors. His journey includes senior roles within federal & provincial governments, including the chief appraiser for property assessment in Nova Scotia and senior public practice.
Peter’s commitment to excellence is evident through active collaboration with the AIC and UBC, alongside other professional associations. His influence extends globally, with engagements in litigation, presentations, and instructional sessions spanning Canada, USA, Mexico, Malaysia, and the Czech Republic. Beyond contributions, he is actively involved in advisory roles and instructional endeavours with the AIC & UBC, serving on senior committees and engaging in ongoing professional development.
As a licensed and accredited member of the NSREAA and a distinguished fellow of the AIC, Peter’s credentials and depth of real estate valuation knowledge enrich both our firm and clientele.
